EPISODE 397 : Where’s Chachi?
In this week’s episode of The Green Line Radio Show, Art talks about the latest when it comes to the battle between Neal Young and Spotify regarding The Joe Rogan Podcast. Art talks about statements made by Joe Rogan with the fallout from other artist having music removed from the streaming service. One of those included Singer Songwriter Joni Mitchell. With the Cancel Culture on full assault, Art questions some of the other artist following suit. While Andy likes the concept of Spotify one of the issues that has been brought up is the Audio Quality of Music on some streaming services. Sadly, Audio Quality and Connections has also affected two-way communication for Agents in the Field. These communications have been less than perfect.
Art tells us about how the recent stops near the Southern Border gave Agents an opportunity to share frustrations towards Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas while having heated discussions and turning their backs on him while speaking. Art goes down the list of different Homeland Secretary’s and performance of some of them.
Another frustrating aspect of protecting the borders has been lack of Prosecutions of those that attack agents. This failure on protecting agents also do damage to other agents working the southern border telling those that harm and agent aren’t going to face the full impact of the law. Art shares with us a story of a Unnamed Supervisor, in Art’s words, a Bully and this is something that should not be tolerated.

EPISODE 396 : Debbie Downer Rides Again
In this week’s episode of The Green Line Radio Show, Art is adjusting to the colder temperatures and making a trip to the east which is going to be even more of an adjustment. How does the colder temperatures affect those wanting to cross along the southern border? The Administration still has not progressed on any changes and this causes more of a humanitarian crisis.
A Reporter who is also a friend of Arts shares how some media outlets are looking at the coverage regarding the Southern Border. Art stresses how important the Midterm Elections are going to be in heading off this crisis. Friend of the Show Eli Crane is one of those that decided to run for office and Art talks about his decision to run. Andy Biggs has been one of those currently in Office and has continued his interest in helping to shape and vote for policy to stem illegal immigration.
Another problem with open borders is smuggling of knock off goods. This causes problems for Manufacturers and consumers. The Silicon shortage has affected Auto Sales and Art tells us about some of info he learned with his recent truck purchase. Art shares a story about Border Patrol at some point switching to Diesel trucks that brings about a good laugh.

EPISODE 395 : Sausage Fingers
In this week’s episode of The Green Line Radio Show, Art has been taking up playing of all things, the accordion, however this could be the reason his back has been hurting. Accordions aren’t a light instrument. Art tells us about attending the Trump Rally in Florence – a windy cold day and was impressed how Kari Lake did in her presentation. Art tells us also about other presenters such as Congressman Andy Biggs that was on scene. Not even finished with the first month of the year, it started out with higher prices on goods, especially with Vehicles New and Used. Art shares a story of buying a new truck.
Art tells us about Endorsements the NBPC may make when it comes to the political process and how that process can work for the Men and Woman of the Border Patrol. One of the big issues facing agents now is Manpower. With the Agents affected by the pandemic and so busy in so many other operations, The groups taking advantage of this are the Drug Cartels and Human Smugglers.
The past weekend also saw NFL Football and Art decides to support and check out the Cardinals game only to be disappointed. We also learn of Why you should never meet your heroes. Art takes a drive down Grant Road and is surprised at the amount of trash and potholes on the roads. With the Conditions of the Road Art wonders why the open borders people support the downgrade of our resources for the citizens that live here. Drugs are continuing to be smuggled into the United States, the impact of this will be felt for years. Violent Crime also has continued to rise, this must be addressed. Art talks about the Administrations hypocrisy of announcing Human Trafficking Month without addressing the open borders which help to propagate the tragedy of Human Trafficking,
Numbers have been released as far as how many Border Crossers have been released into the United Stated pending a asylum hearing and out of those number, how many did not show for the court dates over a six month period.

EPISODE 392 – A New Year and the Doors Remain Open
In this week’s episode of The Green Line Radio Show, the first show of the year, Art tells us about the loss of a friend over the holidays. Arts Mom also took a fall and is concerned with her health. With so much turmoil Art did get a chance to spend some time talking with former band members from the old days and found some therapy with friends. He shares a story of meeting one of his idols Vince Neil of Motley Crue and how that worked out.
Focusing on the New year, the immigration issues are continuing to look bleak as far as numbers of those crossing illegally into the United States. The deflection of the issues continues to turn a blind eye to the problems that continue to be happening on the Southern Border.
With the increase in those illegally coming into the United States, we are seeing the rise in dangerous illegal drugs with the Cartels taking the opportunity to smuggle since Agents are taxed with the influx of people. Art is asked by Andy, what would he like to see for policy in the New Year.

On this week’s episode of The Green Line Radio Show, Art Del Cueto gets a bug in his Motorcycle Helmet and whatever it was bit him and has caused him some bumps and itching. A Good reminder to check your gear before putting it on. Art shares the saying Punctuality is the thief of time. Andy and Art reflect on Art’s background and what drove him towards becoming a Border Patrol Agent. After time working in Corrections, he found out about career opportunities in the Agency and decided this was the place to be. Thankful of his history, the experience in Corrections gave him a good lesson on the capabilities of people.
We discuss the latest in Gotaways numbers of those that have crossed into the United States, and they continue to climb. Art talks about a recent visit by Chief Ortiz and discussions that took place regarding the needs of the Agents in the field. One of the needs are better communication services. Art explains why.
