The numbers to support this regulation are shared and very obvious on how this can alleviate the burden on Agents and the system in general. Art tells us about an Illegal alien which was traveling on a greyhound bus. Recent policy changes from the company are denying access to agents at Depots and on buses without a warrant for immigration checks. The buses are still under the scrutiny of Agents however at checkpoints and this individual was questioned and detained. We learn the story of what he told agents and why the situation for him was made even worse by his own statements.
