Episode 239 – Rub Some Vicks on It!
In this Week’s Episode, Art Del Cueto talks about the near year and the use of Twitter for the Green Line. Andy explains how twitter works and how best to use the social media service. For those dealing with colds this flu season, Art and Andy both extol the healing powers of Vicks. The Federal Shutdown is in effect, how this affects the Agents and those working through the Shutdown. Art covers some of the questions he has received from those affected and shares a thought on how to try to get through this financially.
Controlling the narrative is discussed in how certain media outlets have received information which did not paint the entire picture of the situation in the detention facilities. Art has been to the Border Patrol Detention facilities and shares his own thoughts on what the conditions really are, not entirely what has been painted by politicians and the media.
Another Tragic death has occurred for a child that was held with his father. Is there anything that could have been done to prevent this? While the investigation continues, it is important to know that Agents were the ones to provide the resources for medical care for this child. The Agents did everything they could to provide aid to the parent and child.
What makes Art Tick? We learn a bit in this segment which involves Tamales and Heavy Metal!
